Weddings in Dartmouth
Your Perfect Wedding Venue near Dartmouth
The beauty of Dinnicombe is that every aspect of the planning is bespoke and tailor-made for you. Emma and Katy are specialists in organising a personal and unique wedding for you and your guests to enjoy. We have curated 5 packages that are designed to suit the size, budget, date and style of your wedding.
The lawn allows for a beautiful marquee, tipi or yurt, accommodating up to 100 guests for a sit-down wedding breakfast, followed by dancing. We are fully licensed for civil ceremonies, with The Arch providing a perfect setting for your blessing or exchanging of vows, witnessed by family and friends. Should the weather be inclement, the civil ceremony can be held within the house.
The Perfect Dartmouth Wedding Venue
Parking is available for up to 40 vehicles, with a drop-off area in front of the marquee, and transport available from the car park, down the drive (approx. 250m). Guests can enjoy our on-site Champagne and Gin Bar in our gorgeous shepherd’s hut, with plenty of seating areas located across the 3 lawns for the happy couple to greet guests and mingle.
For the bride and groom, we are also able to offer Higher Dinnicombe Cottage, and the soon-to-be-completed Shepherds Rest accommodation on-site. The 2 bedroom cottage can be made available for 2 nights for the wedding party, with the Shepherds Rest offering a further king-sized studio apartment.
Please do bear in mind that we are a marquee venue, so between October and April, heating needs to be considered.
